Michael Dean Ingrahm, 52, of Freeville, NY died August 30, 2023 at home of a heart attack.
Michael was born on February 7, 1971 in Ithaca NY the son of Phillip D. Ingrahm (deceased) and Carlene S. Cortright. He was predeceased by his grandparents Clark D. Ingrahm and Marjorie L. (Johnson) Ingrahm, Carl R. Cortright and Arlene S. (Latier) Cortright.
Michael attended Dryden schools. As a young man he worked with his grandfather, father, and sister for the family business Ingrahm Construction. He then worked with his father as a mechanic and all-around handyman.
Michael was a devoted son and loyal friend. He loved old rock and roll as well as classic cars and trucks. He was happiest when he could bring some old piece of junk that he found along the road back to life.
Michael is survived by his mother Carlene S. Cortright, sister Kathy L. (Douglas) Barton, niece Olivia A. Barton as well as several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
A memorial will be held at his home in October. Perkins Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
