Michael Johns Obituary

Michael Craig Johns, a beloved husband, father, papa, and great-papa, passed away on August 21, 2025. He was surrounded by family.

Michael was the devoted husband of Pamela Johns for 39 years and the proud father of David (Kelly), Amy (Kenny), Briana, and Macy. He cherished his role as "Papa" to his grandchildren-Kyleigh (Chase), Ella, Dakobe, Asher, Kaisley, and Haileigh-and as "Great-Papa" to Colton. He is also survived by his siblings Pete (Karen), Terry, and Bill (Doreen), with whom he shared lifelong bonds and memories.

Born to the late Anna Lee and James Johns, Michael was also preceded in death by his siblings Randy, Sylvia, Jimmy, and Don Johns.

A man of many talents and passions, Michael found joy in the simple pleasures of life. He was an avid fisherman who loved spending time on the water, a skilled carpenter who could build with both precision and creativity, and a gardener who nurtured life from the soil. His love for BBQ brought family and friends together, and his artistic side shone through his drawings. Above all, nothing brought him more happiness than time spent with his family, especially his grandchildren.

Michael will be remembered for his generous spirit, his hardworking hands, and his deep love for those closest to him. His legacy lives on in the lessons he taught, the memories he created, and the love he shared.

He will be dearly missed and forever in our hearts.
