Mike is never far from our thoughts and we offer prayers for him and his family as we reflect on the great memories of sharing part of his life. May God Bless Mike and all of his family.

A good friend and great teammate!

Often think of Mike, and miss him as well. We shared many good times over a lot of years, both in business and fun outings.
He was one of the best and always will be remembered and missed.

Kathy, Hannah, Sam and Jay, our deepest sympathy as Mike goes to his next place of need. He was such a wonderful person and helped so many. I will never forget being at the club on morning after a workout and Mike was getting ready after his shower, but put on casual clothes, not his normal suit an tie (yeah, it was about 30+ year ago). I asked why he was so casula and he said he was going to Eugene to pick up his daughter. I said "yoou are to young to have a duaghter at Universiy of Oregon". He explained he was going to Eugene to pick up his daughter Hannah who was coming home from South Korea via Holt International. That brief conversation led tomany more and our family being formed with Maryliah coming to us in the same manner. This one conversation led to another family being created through Holt, ironically also the last name of Johnson. Mike was such a wonderful and gentle soul and we are all better because he walked this earth. Our thoughts are with you in this time of grief and our hopes are for your hearts to sing again with his wonderful nature surrounding you!

Kathy you have our deepest sympathy. We were very fond of Mike. We will cherish our memories of his kindness, generosity and adventuresome spirit. Our thoughts are with you, Hannah, Sam and Jay at this time.

Whether it was shooting the bull around the morning fire over a cup of Jolt for Holt coffee at Honeyman or riding the meandering back roads on bikes at a slow roll chattingit was always a highlight of my week to reconnect with the beautiful soul that was Mike. I feel blessed to have known him on this journey.

Mike was a fellow classmate at Saint Mary's. We lived our senior year at the famous " Bates House" lots of great memories. My condolences to his family.

Kathy, my wife Billie and I were houseparents to the Jesuit volunteers in Ketchikan while Mike was there.
Many the wonderful adventures we had, crabbing and fishing and taking a stuffed duck dancing after a Friday night of poker and cheap beer. He was always the life of the party yet strangely caring and considerate. May God hold him in the hallow of His hand! Jim McGinty

So sorry to hear about Mike. He was such a wonderful, caring, fun, and all around nice person. Our hugs and prayers go out to Kathy and family. He will truly missed by so many.

I am sorry to hear about Mike's death. We met Mike and Kathy over 30 years ago as we both were preparing to adopt our first children working with Holt.

A trusted financial advisor but more importantly such a good person who lit up when sharing stories of his family. So sorry to hear of his passing. Such a loss and I send my condolences to all of the family.

We know how much Mike will be missed by you, Kathy, your children, and extended family. He will also be missed by many neighbors, including us. We very much want to pay our respects in person on December 10th; however, we are slated to fly to TX that day to visit family. We shall be thinking of you and wish you all God's comfort and peace.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to entire the Johnson family. Mike was a true friend and we will miss his smiling face and good humor.

I met Mike in 1985 as a rookie at EF Hutton. Always so kind and generous. A beautiful addition to the planet.
