Michael William Johnson was born on April 18, 1967, in Mount Kisco, NY. He departed this world peacefully at home on December 18, 2025, leaving behind a profound legacy of kindness, dedication, and integrity. Michael was a man of many talents and an unwavering commitment to service, exemplified throughout his remarkable life.

Embodying the spirit instilled in him by his grandfather, the first African American to own a Harley Davidson dealership. Michael cultivated an exceptional work ethic that would guide him through various endeavors. Throughout his life, he was known for his relentless pursuit of knowledge and skill enhancement, dedicating countless hours as a volunteer at TJS Autobody. His desire to serve the community was further evidenced by his time as a volunteer firefighter in Mahopac, NY, where he exemplified bravery and selflessness.

For more than a decade, Michael thrived at Abcut Tree Service, where he earned the admiration of his clients through his tireless efforts, always ensuring their satisfaction. In 2015, he took on the pivotal role of contracted special project manager at the FBI Academy. In this capacity, Michael not only honed his professional skills but also fostered lasting relationships, which became the hallmark of his career. His commitment to completing projects with efficiency and positivity earned him respect far and wide, revealing a character defined by calmness and strength.

During cherished family vacations to Ocean City, MD, he created unforgettable memories, digging the deepest holes on the beach and sculpting magnificent sandcastles alongside his children. Michael loved spending time with his family going hiking and playing walkie talkie hide and seek in the woods. His patience and determination in teaching life skills to his children remain cherished hallmarks of his nurturing spirit.

Michael is remembered not just for his many accomplishments but equally for the human qualities that shaped him into a beloved figure in the lives of those who knew him. A true Eagle scout at heart, he was always prepared, loyal, and an unwavering source of support. His quiet heroism and compassion left a lasting impression wherever he wandered.

On July 2, 2004, he married his beloved wife Kelly at the breathtaking Red Rock Canyon in Nevada, forging a beautiful life together that spanned 29 wonderful years. Together, they embraced the joys and challenges of life, reflecting their deep commitment to one another and their family. Michael is survived by Kelly Johnson, his devoted wife; Devin, Makayla, and Madison Johnson, his beloved children; as well as an extended family and many friends who will forever treasure the memory of his unwavering spirit and love.

Michael's passing leaves a void in the hearts of many, including his deceased family members: his mother, Marjorie Johnson; his father, Nelson Johnson; and his brothers, Edward and Alan Johnson; along with his father-in-law, Gregory Seaman. As we celebrate his journey, we hold dear the lessons he imparted and the warmth he shared. His legacy remains vibrant, illuminating our lives like the brightest beacon of love and resilience.

Michael William Johnson, a man of integrity, compassion, and unwavering loyalty, will be remembered not only for the remarkable milestones he achieved but as a cherished soul who inspired those around him to live with purpose and benevolence. His spirit shall endure in the hearts of those he touched, guiding them gently through the trials and triumphs of life.
