Mike D. Kilmer, age 61, ended his earthly journey unexpectedly at home April 3, 2023. He was born on July 22,1961 to Gerald Don and Mary Jo (England) Kilmer in Clovis, New Mexico.
Mike was a free spirit who loved life. Family was his greatest joy. He enjoyed spending time with his friends. He loved music, especially rock-n-roll. Hunting, road trips, BBQs, and being with his grandbabies kept him smiling. He was always trying to make and fix things even when his body would not allow.
Mike is preceded in death by his parents, Gerald Don and Mary Jo Kilmer, as well as his cousin, John Kilmer and brother-in-law David Hudson.
Mike is survived by his stepmother, Star Kilmer; sister, Vicki Hudson; brother, Gerald Don (Johanna) Kilmer II; sons, Darrell (Lacy) Kilmer, Daniel (Tina) Kilmer, Nathan (Beth) Kilmer; daughter, Michelle (Marty) Kilmer and nieces, Amber (Zach) Love, Amanda Vick; nephews, Sean (Virginia) Ruiz and Robby Ruiz.
Mike also had eight grandchildren, Dominick, Deavin, AJ, Dairius, Damian, Aaliyah, Angel’Rae, Lylith, and several great nieces and nephews.
Keep moving forward.
