Michael "Mike" Lambert

Michael "Mike" Lambert, age 60, passed away on March 27, 2025, in Bay Village, Ohio.
Born on April 1, 1964, in Lakewood, Ohio, Mike was raised in Bay Village and graduated from Bay Village High School. He continued his education at Cuyahoga Community College, earning an associate degree before completing a bachelor's degree at Baldwin Wallace University.
Mike dedicated his career to account services, beginning with Shelby Paper Box and later joining Stinchcomb and Sons. His final position at Embrace Pet Insurance brought him immense fulfillment, allowing him to merge his professional skills with his lifelong love for animals.
A man known for his kind heart and welcoming nature, Mike had a gift for making others feel seen and appreciated. His warmth and generosity left a lasting impression on those around him. He found peace and joy in the outdoors, especially during camping trips with his cherished Airedale dogs.
He is lovingly remembered by his mother, Marjorie Lambert; brother, John (Heidi) Lambert; sister, Sharon (Tom) Thacker; niece, Elizabeth Lambert; nephews, Arthur Lambert, Zachary Thacker, and Cody Thacker; and best friend, Mike Andresh. He was preceded in death by his father, Richard Lambert.
A celebration of life service will be held Saturday, May 17, 2025 at 11:00 A.M. at the Evans Funeral Home, 314 E. Main Street, Norwalk, OH with Deacon Mike Wasniak officiating.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to your local animal shelter in Michael's name.
