Michael Lambert Age 65, of Lowell, passed away Thursday, February 21, 2013. Survived by wife of 11 years, Clara nee Hedges Lambert; 3 sons, Daniel of Wheatfield, Joshua of Lowell, and Matthew of Lowell; 1 daughter, Wendy Lambert of Cedar Lake; 2 step-sons, David (Rena) Slayton of Momence, IL, Edward (Kelly) Slayton of Belvedere, IL; 13 grandchildren, Elizabeth, Rebekah, Arianna, Marissa, Ashley, Adam, Nathan, Hayden, Madison, Jacob, Justin, Ashlie and Austin; brother, Mark (Debbi) Lambert of Barrington Hills, IL; 2 sisters, Tiffany (Dave) Stanfield of Burlington, NC, Sharon (Don) Rollenhagen of Whitehall, MI. Preceded in death by his parents, Richard M. and Virginia nee McAndrews, Lambert; grandson, Andrew M. Wright. Michael was a pipefitter with Local #597 for over 44 years and a member of the Southern Lake County Conservation Club, Schneider,IN. He enjoyed spending time on the Kankakee River, time at the pool with family and friends, gardening, and entertaining everyone with his cooking and playing his guitar.
