Michael Lanham Obituary
Michael is survived by his son, Stephen Lanham, and his grandson, Elijah Lanham. He is also survived by his sister, Cathy Hitchcock (Jerry); his brother, Ronnie Lanham (Donna); several nieces and nephews; and his best friend, Kevin Earl, along with Kevin's daughter, who held a special place in his life.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, MaryAnn Lanham; and his cherished pets, Bear and Alice.
Michael enjoyed University of Louisville Cardinals football and basketball, NASCAR, and playing cards. He also had a great love of horses and the excitement of the Kentucky Derby.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 23, 2026, from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM, with the funeral service at 2:00 PM, at Legacy Funeral Center – Nunnelley Chapel, located at 4327 Taylor Boulevard, Louisville, Kentucky 40215.
Michael will be remembered by those who knew him and will be deeply missed.
