It was with great sadness that we read Mike's obituary in the Dayton paper. A fine man has left us. We will hold the Leach family in our hearts.

So sorry to hear that Mike lost his long fight. We will always remember him as a supportive dad and a good friend. He has left a lasting legacy with all who knew him.

Thinking about you guys and praying for everyone. Mr. Leach was and will ALWAYS be a man I admire - as a husband and as a father. So sorry for your loss.

I am sorry for your loss. May the God who binds up the broken-hearted and comforts all who mourn strengthen your family during this difficult time. ( Isaiah 61:1,2)

So saddened to hear of Mike's passing. I have so many wonderful memories of him smiling and laughing. When coaching he was encouraging and positive as he urged the girls to be their best at all they did. As well as being a great neighbor and friend. My prayers and love are with you all.

I am so sorry to hear of Mike's passing. I was fortunate to work with Mike while at R&R and found him to be one of the most genuine, caring and thoughtful people I have ever met. Please know that Mike touched many lives and, for that, we are all better.
