I knew Michael on Steam, and I am sad to hear of this news, especially so long after his passing. To Michael's family and friends. I am so sorry for your loss. I only knew Michael through being a customer at Best Buy. Michael truly was a whiz at computers. He was patient, kind, and always went went the extra distance to be helpful. Even those of us who only knew Michael through his work will miss him. You are in my prayers.

I recently met Michael at Best Buy. He could see that I needed assistance even though he was not working in the phone area. He was so helpful and patient. I told everyone at work what a nice young man he was and it was so refreshing talking to him. My prayers to the family for peace and strength.

Dear Michael and Family, For the ones reading this you will have never really known me. For michael I was a guy who he'd only met once. It was a fantastic weekend filled with friends and fun. To whomever reads this do know that Michael was a one of a kind human being and a great friend. I learned a lot from him and shared many laughs along the way. I did not know your son, but I do know your pain. I, too, lost my son unexpectedly and tragically several years ago. You will never completely heal from this loss, as part of your heart and soul left, too. Nor, will you ever understand why God chose your son to come home.
