Mike was my oldest cousin and his father, my dad's oldest and respected brother who kept their large Slovak immigrant family together. Like his dad, Mike proudly took special care of family- first of his mom, my Aunt Hazel, after his father's untimely death, and later of his wife "Mickie" and her children, of whom he expressed great joy and pride to his northern Malick family. My heartfelt love and respect goes out to all his loved ones- near and far. His was a life well lived...he was a man well loved.
