Michael Garfield Mankin, age 63, of Chillicothe, Ohio, passed away December 20, 2025, at OSU, in Columbus, Ohio.
Mike was born July 1, 1962, in Ross Co. to Robert D. Mankin Sr. and Evelyn Mankin. Mike used to love to go to the gym and car shows when he could. He also loved watching wrestling, car shows, westerns, and NFL on TV. He enjoyed visiting his local restaurants to see friends, especially Roosters and Texas Roadhouse.
Surviving are loving wife of 28 years, Sue Mankin; siblings, Donald R. (Callie) Mankin, Robert D. (Shirley) Mankin Jr, and Susan Detty; sister-in-law, Jo Ellen Mankin; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Mike was preceded in death by parents, Robert Sr. and Evelyn Mankin; sister, Barbara (Jess) Havens; brothers, Melvin Mankin and Steve Mankin; and infant brother, Keith Mankin.
Graveside services will be held at approx. 1:00 PM, Monday, December 29, 2025, at Knollwood Cemetery, in Logan, Ohio. Arrangements are by the Heinlein-Brown Funeral Home in Logan, Ohio.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you make a donation through the funeral home to help with funeral expenses.
