MICHAEL WAYNE MARISCAL

Michael Wayne Mariscal, born June 27, 1961 in Uvalde, Texas to parents Jacinto Perry Mariscal and Estella Chapoy, entered into eternal rest February 5, 2026 at the age of 64.Michael was preceded in death by his father, Jacinto Perry Mariscal; mother, Estella Virginia Chapoy; brothers, Roland Mariscal, Frank Mariscal; and sister, Fanny Mariscal. He is survived by his wife, Rosemary Mares; sons, Michael Mariscal (Jazzel), Roland Mariscal (Gloria), Johnny Elizondo, Daniel Elizondo; daughters, Sheryl Mariscal (Jeanett), Teresa Mannquez (Jacob), Desiree Mariscal (Obed); brothers, Alfredo Mariscal, Jacinto Mariscal Jr, Enrique Mariscal, Norman Mariscal, Jacob Mariscal; sisters, Dolly Mariscal, Irma Mariscal, Hennrietta Perez, Ida Mariscal, Irene Mariscal Vasquez; and numerous grandchildren. Michael was always willing to help everone. He enjoyed fishing, playing basketball, old school rock, watching the news, making wind chimes, making everyone laugh, his truck and spending time with his grandkids. Johnny was Bills fan. He loved spending time with all his kids.

Funeral services are as follows:

Tuesday - February 10, 2026: Visitation 8am to 1pm at Texas Funeral Home Chapel, 2702 Castroville Road, San Antonio, Texas 78237 with a family provided prayer service at 11:00am.

ALL FUNERAL SERVICE WILL CONCLUDE TUESDAY 10TH AT 1PM FOLLOWED BY A FAMILY REQUESTED CREMATION.
