Michael Mattio Obituary
Michael J. Mattio, Jr., age 80, of North Wales, PA passed away on Tuesday, March 4, 2025.
He was born in Philadelphia, PA on September 3, 1944, the son of the late Michael J. Mattio, Sr. and Susie (Surace) Mattio.
Mike has been living in North Wales since 2014, formerly of Dover, DE, Vorhees, NJ and Blackwood, NJ.
Mike was an avid Philadelphia sports fan and enjoyed golf and horse racing.
He is survived by his wife, Barbara A. (Coyle) Mattio of North Wales; son, Michael J. Mattio, III of Blackwood, NJ and Susan (& Andrew) Russo of Blue Bell, PA; brother, Edward (& Sue) Mattio of Cherry Hill, NJ; and two sisters, Susan (& Al) Tremoglie of Philadelphia, PA and Donna (& Steve) Macjiewski of Springfield, PA. He is also survived by his grandson, Andrew Russo.
His Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, March 12, 2025 at 11:00 AM from the Moore, Snear & Ruggiero Funeral Home, 19 East Germantown Pike, East Norriton, PA 19401. Relatives and friends are invited to the visitation on Wednesday morning from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Funeral Home.
