It's been good to know Mike via the years of Crimson Tide lunch friendships on Wednesdays. He also was always well prepared with lively questions for our speakers. I miss him and wish warm consolation for his family as they face this loss of his presence.

Mike was a faithful follower of the Crimson Tide...second to none. I´m very happy to learn that he also was a Believer in the Lord Jesus Christ. When our day comes, as it has for Mike, nothing will replace the words "Well done, my good and faithful servant. Come into your rest." like Mike has now heard. I never met Paula, but Maggie yours and Mike´s relationship was a special one for fathers and daughters. And, boy, I know he really loved little Jack! We grieve, but what we are promised in heaven is worth it all. God bless your family in this time of sorrow.

Know that the family remains in my prayers. For many years, Mike was a great Wednesday lunch-mate and I always appreciated his humor and loyalty to the Tide.
