Michael McIntyre Obituary
Mike worked in the scrap metal business until his retirement in 2021. He loved music, and played guitar. Mike also loved the beach. He volunteered with the Blackstone-Millville Food Pantry for many years. Mike was a hardworking, kind, generous and loving man.
Besides his wife, Paulette, he leaves their daughter, Melissa Jean and her husband, Robert, of North Smithfield; his sister, Jeannine Rogers of Maine; four grandchildren, Mackenzie, Kaitlyn, Meghan and Robert; and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his son, Michael R. McIntyre, Jr.
His funeral will be held Tuesday, January 6, 2026, beginning with visitation at 4 PM, followed by a service at 6 PM in the Holt Funeral Home, 510 So. Main St., Woonsocket. Burial will be private. Please omit flowers. Memorial contributions may be made to the Blackstone-Millville Food Pantry, c/o Ann Lesperance, PO Box 738, Millville, MA 01529, or to the charity of the donors choice.

I am still trying to believe hearing about this news I am very sorry he passed. Mike was one of my very best friends for some great years together. He will be missed and it will leave a large empty space. Richard Emmons
