7/02/21 tried to contact you. To say thank you for encouraging me to enlist in the PA National Guard. When you said to me, Why throw away all of the time that you have previously served?
I wish that I could have thanked you earlier, but we couldn't connect. Either of us were both to busy. But now I realize that we should never be too busy to say Thank you to a friend.
As you knew, I was battling many illnesses at that time< but those words of encouragement on Post #5 in 1985 enabled me to fulfill a military career and a life's dream. Also, the health benefits on medication alone has kept me solvent.
a lot to say, I hope you are listening and reading this note of gratitude. thank you and forever in your debt for sharing your words of Wisdom with me. Thank you.

I will miss you my friend. All my love to your family. You brought sunshine to the darkness of the PAA for over 35 years for me and I will never forget you. THANK YOU FOR BEING MY FRIEND ☮

On behalf of the many neighbors in Schenley Farms, our Deepest Sympathy. Mike was part of the neighborhood, and he will be dearly missed by so many here.

Mike will be missed by everyone that worked at the Pittsburgh Athletic Association. He was friends with everyone and a great guy.

I keep looking for him on the street. He was a fixture and a family member in our neighborhood for almost 50 years. Blessings to his family.

Bill and I will remember him in our prayers. Bill has many memories of him at the Federal Reserve. There are no words to write that will comfort you just know that the angels flew down to pick him up for heaven.
