Just wanted to say I miss you! I miss your smile, your love and laughter. You can't work with someone for 16 yrs. and not form a special friendship. You were always there for me with your cares and concerns. I only hope I was able to return the gesture. You had the biggest heart and you will always be in mine. You were a loving husband and friend to Deb.A loving father to Max,Greg,Matt and Tab. You were also a proud grandfather. I'll never forget the first time you went to see her you were so nervous and anxious all at once. When you got back you couldn't stop talking. you were beaming. I know how much that meant to you. I hope you know how much you meant to me and how much i love ya. You were truly a great friend.

Peace and Love

Debbie-

I am so sorry for your loss. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. Everytime I saw Mike at school, going to the Greg's games he always had a smile on his face.

As I look back on our years together, you were my friend, my protector, my mentor and always an inspiration to me!

Now that you have moved on, I try to find joy and comfort in knowing that you are our newest angel, joining all our friends and family who preceded us and watching over us from above.

As our friends and family gathered together to reminisce about the past, I truly realize how important your journey has been to so many lives.

I will truly miss your smiles, your love, you....! But I will never forget all the goodness you instilled into my heart.

Happy Birthday!!!

Your loving and proud brother & family.

When my brother Brian told me of the news of our cousin Michael's early passing, I was very much struck with sorrow & grief. I was transported immediately back to a young age when Michael & I knew each other very well; Mary Queen of Heaven, 53rd Street, Nana & Papa's house, the Glen Terrace and the after work beer at the Pub. It was all a very special time and a very special place. We were the oldest of the grandchildren to Nana & Papa; and now, as I often think of them, I will also think of you! As Papa would come home from Wasburn Wire to toil in his garden, and let us water,I knew that some day the garden would be an important part of Michael's life. Reading the history of Michael's life and all that he has touched in the Oneonta/Delhi area is an inspiration to all of us and how important it is to share, love and care, for God can call us at any time and we need to make good use of every day. I am sure as he cared for his friends and family, he will continue to watch over them from another place. Never waiver in the thought that he is always with you. I am sorry the rush of my own life has not allowed more time to spend with Michael. As I have prayed for both our families, I am especially thinking of Michael's family, Aunt Elaine,Kenny,Jeanne, and all of the new generation you have made together, at this very difficult time. We are all heading to meet up once again. Much Peace to All and God bless.

Michael,

We hardly knew ya...especialy the way so many have in your lifetime during the last 30 years. It is our our biggest regret. I did know you as a cousin and as a kid many years ago. You may never have known this but growing up, I did look up to you because you were fun, basically the coolest dude, the oldest of the us cousins and man could you play that accordion! Say hello to nanna and papa for us and of course your dad too. While it was the most shocking news to us, we are glad to hear the legacy you have made. Again, we are so sorry to have been out of touch and we think or you and we pray for comfort for Debbie, the boys, your mom, Ken and Jeanne and the entire family and friends whom you touched so deeply and lovingly.

Peace Cous!

My step-father was one of the most influential people in my life. He was one of the most loving and caring persons I have met on this green earth. From the time I started with my illness he was always helping everyone we met in the hospitals and at Ronald Mcdonalds houses. He always gave the most he could and thought about himself second. Right now is the time hes first in line, and I hope that all that knew him remember him as the loving caring and sefless human being he was. I love you like a second father and hope your finaly at the big party in heaven. (Just save me a seat up there next to ya cause you know where all the parting is gonna be).

I'll be watching mom and greg for ya as best I can!

I feel very lucky to have called Mike a friend. After growing up in the same town, I only saw him every few years, but he always made it a point to stop and say hi when he saw me.

I always looked forward to working with Mike. He made unloading all that hay on the landscape jobs go faster with his conversation.

I had only known Mike from our own sons death a few mos ago he offered food for the reception after and never asked anything in return nor did he let us know who had done this great deed, God will bless him on the other side. Our prayers go out to his wife and sons.
