Michael Michniak Obituary
He was born on September 27, 1963, in Bellaire, Ohio, son of Donna (Donley) Michniak and the late Walter 'Frog' Michniak.
Michael dedicated much of his life to his work as an iron worker, a career from which he recently retired. His strong work ethic and commitment were evident in all aspects of his professional life. He was a member of the Iron Workers Local 549.
He is preceded in death by his father, Walter "Frog" Michniak, and his beloved canine companion, Diesel.
Michael leaves behind a loving family who will cherish his memory: his mother, Donna Donley Michniak; his sisters, Candy Hammond and her husband Gary, and Lori Pfalzgraf and her husband Dan; his son, Michael Richard Michniak; and his grandson, Jayden Michniak. He is also survived by his nephews, Christopher (Stephanie) Sisson and Joshua Ruschak.
Family and friends will be recieved at the Bauknecht-Altmeyer Funeral Homes and Crematory, 186 Main Street, Powhatan Point Ohio on Friday, November 15, 2025 from 11am until time of funeral service at 1pm. Interment to immediately follow in Powhatan Cemetery.
