Rest in Peace my best friend. I miss you every day. Always people looking for Jerry they knew if I was around most of the time there was Jerry. When He would disappear people would call me I would only let them know if He wanted to be found!!! Jerry bought lots of peace into my life I could talk to him about anything. I joined Mystic Knights under Jerry as he inspired me to get off the back with my Husband and get on my own. We would ride together all the time. Throughout the years Jerry was such a close friend he moved in with us in 2012 as Jerry became family. My Husband Jasper and Jerry hung out doing cars together, watching TV Jerry's favorite show "Criminal Minds" watched it from the time he got up until He went to bed. I remember my rides with Jerry to Cleveland especially after I got my own bike it was awesome and he was beside himself with me riding. All I still hear is hey Bubba what we going to do today lets ride!!! Usually after a good ride back at the house and into some beers and crabs he loved his seafood. Well I could write a book about my best friend I still hear his voice, I sometimes come in and think let me tell Jerry about this or that and then I say you could if He was hear. So my thoughts and prayers are always with Jerry. My heart is still full of loss for my best friend Jerry. May God Bless Michael "Jerry Moore and he rest in peace". I can only say he was Family forever

I had the pleasure to grow up with Jerry and his brothers in Boyds, MD. We shared many stories and laughs during that long early morning bus ride from Boyds to Gaithersburg. Jerry's welcoming smile was a wonderful way to start the day. I'll miss him greatly.

Michael was a GHS 65 classmate. My main memory of Michael is that he was always smiling. I remember him as very quiet and soft spoken. A very likable and friendly young man and a great classmate.

Many, many fond memories of Michael, starting at St Martins, and then Gaithersburg High. Haven't seen him since 1965, but his picture put a big smile on my face, as that is exactly how I remember him from so long ago.

Mike (Jerry) was in our class at St. Martins Catholic School in Gaithersburg. My husband (Dan Brodt) and I have many fond memories of Jerry. My husband's birthday is the same day as Jerry's and he would spend the night with the Moore family and Mrs. Moore would make a wonderful birthday cake for both of them. Jerry continued his education at GHS as I did, and we both graduated in 1965. We last saw Jerry at Craig Hackey's funeral. I am so happy to read Jerry's obituary and know that he had a wonderful, happy, successful life and remained the spiritual person we remember. Our deepest condolences to the many special people in Jerry's life. He was a good person and we hope to be able to attend a memorial service for him.
Sincerely Dan and Suzanne Cissel Brodt

Dear family of Mr. Moore,
I had the pleasure of knowing this kind and sweet man at the Genesis Nursing Home. I gladly brought him the Holy Eucharist on Thurs. along with one or two cups of cold drinking water. He was a delight and always had a smile to share. Even though I only knew Mr. Moore less than a year, I miss him already. May he rest in peace in the shelter of the Lord and may God bless his family and friends. Liz PS. I would like to be made aware of funeral arrangements if possible. Thank you.
