Michael Paul Moroze, of Wanaque, passed away peacefully on December 3, 2024, at the age of 84. Devoted husband of Rona Moroze (née DeLeon). Beloved father of Allison Moroze, and Joseph Moroze and his wife Wendy. Cherished grandfather of Max and Rachel. Loving uncle of Greg and Andrew. Michael is predeceased by his parents, Joseph and Gladys, his brother Chester, and sister-in-law Sue (née Berkowitz).
Michael was born in Newark in 1940 and settled in Wayne, where he raised his family with Rona, whom he had met at a dance at the Paterson YM&YWHA. Michael was a member of the United States Coast Guard Reserves and spent his career as a salesman for Frank Millman Distributing, where he would work his way up to sales manager. He was an avid golfer and loved to play poker, bridge, backgammon, and lately whist. Everyone who knew him will remember Michael as a good, loving, easy going man. Above all else, Michael was a wonderful family man. His family meant more to him than anything else in the world. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.

So sorry to hear of Michael´s passing. And a the same date as our father´s (11 years ago). I remember Michael as a kind and gentle soul, at many Thanksgiving get togethers. Sending thought of peace to you Rona, and family.

I'm so sorry to hear of Michael's passing. We worked together for many years and he stopped into the office often. He was kind & friendly, and liked to joke around a lot. He always put a smile on my face!
