Michael Joseph O'Brien Jr., 60, of Orangeburg, SC, passed away June 17, 2022.
Services will be held at Dukes-Harley Funeral Home Chapel, 3379 Columbia Road, Orangeburg, SC at 6:30 on Thursday, June 30.
Michael was born in Mishawaka, Indiana to Michael Joseph O'Brien, Sr. and the late Nancy Marie Descheppard. He was a graduate of Mishawaka High School and was the Manager of I.T. Technical Services at The Regional Medical Center. Michael was in the U.S. Army and served his country in Grenada. He was a Catholic and was a member of the Harley Davidson Group of Columbia. Michael loved fishing off his boat and just spending time on the water. Michael was an avid race car fan and a very giving person. His sense of humor provided comic relief for all those in his presence. Michael will be missed by all his family and friends.
Survivors include his father of Mishawaka, In.; two sisters, Lori O'Brien Hamilton of Greensboro, N.C. and Lisa O'Brien Seitz; two nieces, Magnolia & Lacey Hamilton; and five nephews, Nicholas & Brayden Hamilton, Timmy, Patrick and Samuel Seitz. He was predeceased by his mother.
