Michael Parsons Sr. Obituary
Michael “Mike” Scott Parsons, Sr., 65, of Millcreek, MO, died at home on Monday, March 9, 2026. He was born on December 20, 1960, to the late Elizabeth “Liz” (Bimes) Hasty.
Michael was an over the road truck driver for several years with a passion for photography, dancing, and history. He enjoyed rock-n-roll and everything western, especially Louise L’Amour.
He is survived by his wife, Roma Ree (Matkin) Parsons, his children Brent Lee Scowden, Michael Scott Parsons II, Megan Renea Christos (Andy Christos), Dylon Scott Parsons (Aixa Marroquin); five grandchildren, Michael Scott Albrecht, Cody David Parsons, Davidlee Bryon Young, Koda Xander Young, Raylynn Rose Parsons. Also surviving are many other family members and friends.
Michael was preceded in death by his parents; sons, Ryan David Parsons, Cody Lee Parsons; grandchildren, Emma Jane Vance, Aros James Parsons; brother, Artie Brockelmeyer; and a sister in infancy.
Visitation will be held Monday, March 16, 2026, from 12:00 PM until time of service at 1:00 PM at C.Z. Boyer Funeral Home - Wilson Chapel in Fredericktown.
