Mike was a Teammate at Ellet Highschool when we won The Metropolitan League Track Championship in 1964. He was a Sprinter and also a Standout On The Varsity Football and Basketball Teams. One of my early heros in Ellet High School Sports! Another Fallen Orangeman Never Forgotten.

So sorry to hear about Mike. We are in Arizona and will not be able to be back for the funeral, but our thoughts and prayers are with the family.

I've known Mike since I was a freshman at Akron U back in 1965, and he's the one who introduced me to his cousin Tom, who became my husband for 49 years. Mike was a dear sweet man and a good friend, along with being my cousin-in-law. I will miss him dearly, and I know he will be missed by all of us who loved him.
Rest in Peace, dear Mike.
