Michael Willliam Pfarr

To Judy and Family: Mike was our beloved coworker and and more importantly our friend at the Baltimore District. He worked in a number of offices and he and I worked on a number of projects in his project manager position. He was always a pleasure to work with, never rattled and always detailed and thorough. In his retirement he often attended a number of the retiree get togethers with his last this past December. He will be missed. Rest in peace Mike, rest in peace.
