In addition to his father, Mike is preceded in death by his cousin, Gary Cottrill.
He is survived by his son, Corey Rattliff, his life partner, Karen Crockett; his mother, Martha Jean "Jeanie" Thomas Ford (Charlie).
Visitation will be at Legacy Funeral Home, 921 Main Street, Jeffersonville, on Thursday, March 21 from 2:00 to 6:00 pm with his memorial service at 6:00.
Memorial contributions can be made to the American Diabetes Association www.diabetes.org. Memories of Mike and messages of support for the family can be shared at www.LegacyKentuckiana.com.
