Naomi, Michael and Nicole, how I pray for God's peace to rest in your lives and guide you through these hard, hard days. It was great reconnecting with the star quarterback when I was privileged to have Michael is my class at Harelson. Not a lot of dads came to sit in those little chairs! What loving, caring parents you and Namoni were. Seeing your broad smile at the reunions was always so welcoming. You will be missed.

Dear Romano family, My deepest sympathy to you all. I wish I could have attended his send off service but had obligations in place here in Huntington Beach, CA. otherwise I'd have been there in a heart beat. Mickey was one always dear to my heart all through High School and always had nothing but nice things to say to everyone including me. And being a Pom Pom I was around him and the sports guys a lot and we always had good times. Sure we all miss our High School Days. But even now as adults and all going separate ways a lot of us SSHS alumni seem to have had a tight bond and come together when we can even outside of our class reunions. So dear friend rest in peace and I know you were very proud of your children. And Naomi you have been a great partner staying close to him through all his years of health issues. You're and angel in disguise. Take care and I hope we can meet up when I come to Tucson again to visit my sister, Carol and all her family. Tucson will always be my "Home base". Again my deepest sympathy and stay strong. Ina (Sorensen)Tibbs

I am so sorry for your loss. My thoughts are with your family during this difficult time. I grew up with Nicole and had every intention of attending the services, but my chronic illness got the best of me today. My brother Jeff grew up with Michael and he sends his condolences as well. Mickey was such a lovely, vibrant gentlemen. He will be missed by many, many people.

Our heartfelt condolences to Naomi, Mike and Nicole. We were very sad when we saw the obituary posted on Facebook this morning. Mickey was one of my favorite dads to have on the sidelines during soccer games. He was always so supportive and was THE best person to have at our team yard sale. He could sell snything! RIP, Mickey.

RIP Mickey! My Sympathies to Naomi, Michael & Nicole. And the rest of the family. He was always such a happy person, his smile and laugh made you feel comfortably around him and just want to give him a hug. When Uncle Arles died he really helped at calling hours. It was just 4 months since I lost my first husband Mike. He just let me hug like a big teddy bear. You will be greatly missed. My Sympathies to all. love Beth

OH Mickey - I will miss you so very much. We grew up together and you were like a brother to me most of my life. We laughed, talked, cried, danced and always hugged. You were my corner stone. When you got married and started your family, you were the happiest I've ever seen you. I will never forget your laugh and your smile. My love goes out to your wife, children and grandchildren and your sister. You were always there for everyone. Rest in peace and without any more pain.
