I was so very sorry to hear of Michael's passing. As a youngster it seems he was always up to something. He was best buddies with my brother-in-law Jimmy Werner. They loved playing pool at King Louie East. Sometimes school interfered with their playing times. I'm sure these boys learned way more at that pool hall than they ever would have at St. Augustine School. I was always so proud of Michael's entrepreneurship. May he rest in peace.

Dear Cousins, We just recently heard about your Dad´s passing, and our family would like to extend our condolences. I will never forget your Dad´s amazing smile, and love of golf, and his family.
We were very blessed to see him again at Bernie´s funeral. My last words to him were, "You have a beautiful family!"; at which, his face lit up & he flashed that amazing smile. And, that´s how we´ll always remember him!
May you find great comfort & peace in knowing that He loved and served Our Lord, as a Daily Communicant & a Man of the Church of the Nativity. Please be assured of our prayers for him & all of you! May God be with you all & your beautiful family, during this difficult time.
With Love & Prayers,

My family would like to express our sympathy to Michael´s family. Michael was my first cousin. I fondly remember Mike driving the truck in the Saint Patrick´s Day parades and all of us following behind waving to the crowds. It was a wonderful family time! Michael had an infectious smile and a kind heart. His faith and his love for God and attendance at daily Mass has set an example for all of us. God bless him, his children, grandchildren, and siblings.
