Michael Rummel

One of the best men I have ever worked with. Thinking about him today. RIP

I will always remember Mike for his great work with the kids of our community. He always was able to get the best from his teams. That shows a great leader. You will be missed greatly.

Mike was a great step dad to my sister and I. He was always there for us know matter what and he didn't have to be. I was very close to him and will always love him. He has taught me so much and now I hope he is finally at peace. I love you Mike, always have and always will. Rest easy. Until we meet again.

Mike loved Nathan and Zachary more than anything in this world. He always said "they keep me going". He would do anything for anyone at any time.
The boys have a special guardian angel and Mike will be deeply missed.

Mike was that quiet, unassuming but deliberate guy in the office. He had sincere eyes and a great work ethic. I've shook his hand and thanked him for military service. And there was always his dedication at the workplace. There should be more people like him. Rest in peace...I've always respected you. You were one of the good ones...Thanks for work memories....thanks for everything even though you said "no" to my inquiries for getting your guys to work overtime and to stand firm to protect the guys that worked for you. You had the right kind of guts. You've gone too soon, but I will remember you.

I worked for Mr.Rummel many years ago. I apply many things he taught me to this very day in my management career. He was a true leader and truly a man with a good heart. I am deeply hurt to have just heard this. He did a lot for me and I will never forget. Grace and peace to his family and loved ones. Mr.Rummel, I wish I could shake your hand and thank you one last time sir.

My heart goes out to his family. I'm at a loss for words. I can only pray for those he left behind.

I will always remember Mike for the phenomenal coach he was. My son fell in love with basketball while being coached by him on the "Dream Team." Mike truly had a passion for teaching the sport he loved dearly to so many of our Eastlake youth. I will miss you Friend, and singing the "Pina Colada Song" will never be the same without you.
