Michael Allen Seay, 64, of Lynchburg, passed away Saturday, February 14, 2026. He was the husband of Lisa Walters Seay.
Mike was born April 3, 1961, on a U.S. military installation in Hahn, Germany, to the late Allen Daniel and Shirley Grubbs Seay. Mike was a jack of all trades and a professional welder, plumber, and mechanic. He especially enjoyed spending time with his family, friends, and his beloved pets.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children: Tabitha Terwilliger and her husband Scott of Frederick, MD; Bryan “Walt” Winfrey and his wife Lindsey of Lynchburg; Elizabeth Barricks and her husband Chase of Spout Spring; and Joshua Michael Seay of Lynchburg; and seven grandchildren: Cameron Michael Austill and Keira Jade Terwilliger; William "Xander" Winfrey and Katherine Elizabeth Winfrey; and Scarlett Marie Barricks, Lee Alexander Barricks, and Miles Emerson Barricks.
In accordance with his wishes, the family will hold a private gathering for Michael at a later date.
