Michael Wayne Sparks, 64, of Indianapolis, passed away on February 9, 2021. He was born on September 14, 1956 in Indianapolis, Indiana to the late Donald and Betty (Justus) Sparks.
Mike enjoyed many activities including basketball, camping, fishing, NASCAR, and football.
He is survived by his children; daughter, Connie Sparks Morrison (Gary Morrison) and son, William Sparks (Shelli Greenwalt); grandchildren, Hunter and Gary Morrison, Riley and Steven Sparks; his sisters, Donna Sparks Allen, Dianna Sparks Meyer (Steve) and Teresa Sparks Phelps (Robert); and wife, Sherry Sparks.
He is preceded in death by his parents mentioned above; his wife, Linda Sparks; his brothers, Robert Sparks and William Sparks; his sister, Susan Chestnut; and his brother-in-law, Jerry Allen.
A funeral service may be livestreamed on Friday, February 19, 2021 at 1PM here
Services are entrusted to Flanner Buchanan-Washington Park East. Michael will be laid to rest in Union Chapel Cemetery.
