He was strong, driven and focused while be kind, caring and generous. Ever present, Mike would lead from the front or from behind. Whether it was his gentle hand on your shoulder or a kind word of encouragement, Mike impacted every life that he came into contact with. He lead with love in all that he did and we are better for it. You will be missed!
