I worked with Mike at Home Depot and he was probably one of my most favorite. I considered him a friend not just a coworker. He loved showing me amongst the other employees his videos when he was a musician. I could see in his eyes that was the best times of his life and he was truly an artist! I will NEVER forget Mike EVER. He was and will always be a one of kind man, I am completely heartbroken that he gone though he is now playing for the Angels in Heaven and sharing that contagious smile that I'll never forget.

Such a tremendous loss! My heart breaks for his Family who just went through the sudden loss of Doreen and now not even a month later Mike´s passing. All my thoughts, prayers and condolences go out to his Family. I had the great pleasure of playing music together with Mike in our band Hitsquad. He was a phenomenal drummer, singer and all around musician. Extremely funny and always making us laugh. Whether it was him announcing between songs "This next one is an all skate song" or him bouncing his sticks off the ground and catching them during the song. Every time we got together it was a musical and comedic adventure. We would talk about a lot of things but music and the people and bands that he was in was what he was most passionate about. It is great to read the comments from all the people´s lives that he touched. Truly a remarkable person. I´m sad to see you go but I´m glad that you are no longer in pain and I´ll never forget you! Thanks for being my friend and bandmate. I´m forever grateful for the time that we spent together. I love you Brother!

I met Mike in 2019 through the band hit squad. The first time I heard him play the drums. I said this guy is phenomenal. What Mike could do in one hand some drummers can't do in two hands. The way he sung You're All I've got Tonight by The cars was truly amazing. Every time I hear give it to me baby by Rick James I'll think of you lol. After reading everyone's comments I could tell Mike was really loved. He always had me laughing with a joke. His sarcasm was always on point. I know he brought his talent of playing the drums with him to heaven. And he's playing for family, friends and God almighty. Rest in peace Mike. I hope you left all your pain here.

Throughout the last 27 years, thru thin and very not thin times we were there for each other......you are loved and missed and celebrated by me each and every day......My heart hurts but in turn feeling hopeful that you are now doing just fine......hope you see the last weeks phone messages I left and smile.....Hug Doreen, your dad and Kurt and Josh for me! Cherishing our 27 years of leaning on each other .......our first meeting at Sony I came up to the "new guy" on break and said "Hi I'm Sooz, you can't eat on the floor, come to the break room with me"......the only time you ever listened to me!!!! :) Thank you for being such a force in my life ......love and miss you Farfle!!! 14 years and 40 lbs ago but it's us!! My deepest sorrow Joyce, Al and Rick and to Miriam and the extended family.

RIP Mike, I knew Michael for many years. We went to school together, and I always loved hearing him play the drums. He told me about a dream he once had about setting up a set a drums, just sitting down to try them out, and his mom woke him up to go to school.. He said " Who Do You Have To Know!!" You will truly be missed by many!!

Mike used to come & jam at my house. We always managed to entertain Minotola together from my garage... He used to watch & follow me play with The Agents. He was always so friendly and energetic!
As Todd (The Agents drummer) put it, "He was very polite and eager & `Niel Pert´ talented".
My condolences, grief,
sympathies, prayers & heart go out to Doreen & Michael´s mom & the entire family.

I’m so sad and sorry for the family, especially Joyce. I can’t even imagine. I met Mike at a St. Michael’s dance in 1979. We became friends immediately and more than friends with the help of his cousin Danielle. We remained friends through the years even if we only saw each other every 5-10 years somewhere. He was That friend who picked up the conversation wherever we left off. I would be remiss too, not to mention he was THAT drummer. May friends and family find comfort in their memories of Mike. I know have flooded back into my mind.
