Michael Van Horn Obituary
Michael Douglas VanHorn, 59, of Batesville, departed this life on Saturday, April 8, 2023. He was born on June 29, 1963, to Paul VanHorn, Jr. and Juanita Faye Qualls VanHorn. He worked in construction during his lifetime.
He was a member of The Rock Outreach in Cushman.
Michael enjoyed fishing and loved spending time with his grandson, Ian.
He is survived by his wife, Ruby, of the home; his sons, Bradley VanHorn, Anthony VanHorn, James VanHorn, and Robert VanHorn, all of Cushman; brother, Paul W. (Debbie) VanHorn, of Cushman; sister, Vicki Turner, of Batesville; and grandson, Ian Max VanHorn; and other family members.
He is preceded in death by his parents, brother, Mark, his grandparents, and brother-in-law, Brad Turner.
A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
Memorials may be made to the Independence County Animal Shelter and the Cushman Library.
