Michael Vargo Obituary
Born in and a resident of Baltimore, MD, until 1993, he is the son of the late Stephen and Rose Vargo. In 1993, his career as a Scheduler relocated him to the Savannah River Site, where he retired in 2013.
He proudly and with honor served his country in the United States Air Force and was a member of the American Legion Post 71.
Mike enjoyed hunting, fishing, time on Edisto Island, rooting for the Baltimore Ravens, and, let us not forget, a delicious meal.
Along with his wife, Mike is survived by a son, John Vargo, Sharon's children, Jessica (Cory) Glossin and Jennifer (Brandon Smith) Lowe, and Jennifer's sons, Allen and Connor Lowe.
In honoring Mike's wishes, no service will be held.
Memorials in memory of Mike may be given to the American Legion Post #71. (www.napost71.org)
