MICHAEL ALLEN WEIGEL
Born: August 22nd, 1954 – Died: October 22nd, 2025, Age: 71
With hearts both broken and full, we share that Michael Allen Weigel, of Edmond, Oklahoma-our beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend-departed this world and returned to God's embrace on October 22nd, 2025.
He was born on August 22nd, 1954, in Edgeley, North Dakota, to the late Mike and Ida Weigel. The second youngest of seven children, Mike grew up in the small town of Edgeley, North Dakota, working on the farm and trying to sled and skate down Nordley's Hill in the winter.
Mike dedicated his life to work so that he could care for the greatest love in his life – his family. Known for his strong work ethic and his unwavering commitment to his family, he would, for example, take breaks from his work to coach his son's little league teams, be it from the sidelines or stands, where he yelled and cheered louder than any other parent.
His greatest legacy and joys in life were his family, spending time with his wife, Charity, and raising his three sons, Michael (Micah), Jordan (JT), and Alexander (Alex), into being good husbands, fathers, and men.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Mike and Ida Weigel, as well as his sisters Theresa Horner and Betty Wehage.

Children: Michael and wife Adrienne, JT and wife Morgan, Alex and wife Destiny, and stepdaughter Kurstin Allen
Grandchildren: Marcus Weigel, Grayson Weigel, Ava Weigel, and Bentley Allen
Siblings: Josie and husband Gary Lammer, Larry and wife Debby Weigel, Mary and husband Don Herk, and Mark and wife Sandy Weigel
As well as many nieces, nephews, and lifelong friends.
A celebration of life will be held at 10:00 am on November 29th at New Church at 9201 N Rockwell Ave, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73132. Come as you are or in bright colored clothes, as that was Mike's favorite attire. For anyone who wishes to send flowers or plants for the service, they can be sent to the above location between 8:00 and 9:30 am.
