My friend Nassara and I met Michael through his voluntary work and then became friends. Michael had a great sense of humour and his love for travelling meant we got to see him when he visited the UK.

I worked with Michael when he worked for the State Unemployment office. He was funny and a joy to work with. I am shocked to learn of his passing, as I just found out when I went to wish him Happy Birthday. May you rest in peace my friend.

Michael enjoyed meeting people, he was proud of his international travels and loved photography. He had a desire to see classmates from HHS congregate together all under one roof so when he had the opportunity to help make it happen he was right there front and center. Always sad to see when one of our HHS alumnus pass. Life is short, be kind, be present and know that one day our time will be up as well. Condolences to his relatives.

Got to know Michael during online chats in regard to an all year reunion. Once we all sat down in the same room, a wonderful took place. The committee, lead by Michael, worked magic and the all year reunion happened. Enjoyed working along side Michael. He will be missed.
