Let me tell you about Michele Fioritto, aka "Ma". The thing that she loved most was spending time with the many people she loved. She opened her home and her heart to many that, throughout the years, would come to see her as a second mom. She was also known as Nana by her grandchildren, that loved her so much and whom she adored. The memories of her will always include her radiant smile and distinctive laughter that no one will ever forget and will resonate in the hearts of all those that loved her. She comes from both Italian and "hillbilly" roots, both of which she was proud of. She loved researching genealogy and traced her family in this country back eight generations to before there was a United States. She was a person of incredible creativity, passion, affection, and adventure. She loved her family above everything else but also loved exploring the world. She could take a vacation where she sat on the beach, just relaxing, but also loved seeing all the sites and all the cheesy tourist attractions just as much. She could take a road trip for two hours just to look at something for 30 minutes and be completely pleased with her day. She also loved to play games, from euchre to Dungeons & Dragons to board games and even video games, anything she could share with friends and family. She will be deeply and immeasurably missed.

Michele Caserta Fioritto passed away on Thursday, May 15, 2025. She was born in North Olmstead, Ohio. She married Frank Fioritto on September 9, 1972, and they were married just shy of 49 years when he passed in 2021. Their love and relationship were a model that many aspire to. They raised their children in Toledo, Ohio before moving the whole family to Las Vegas in 1990. Michele worked as an administrative assistant and executive assistant for a variety of companies before retiring to take care of Frank. She is preceded in death by her husband Frank, her parents Romeo and Nona, her brother Ralph "Bunton", and her sister Carol Sue. She is survived by her children Nicholas (Brandi), Antonio (Shauna), and Vincent, along with grandchildren Joseph and Michael, as well as in-laws, nephews, nieces, cousins, and many other loved ones.
