In Loving Memory of Michele Rose Matullo
Michele Rose Matullo, born on June 17th, 1949, in Orange, New Jersey, embarked on her peaceful journey from this world on January 19, 2024. Her departure leaves behind a tapestry of cherished memories and laughter that will remain in the hearts of many.
She was the beloved daughter of the late Marie and Patrick Matullo, whom she loved deeply until the end.
Michele's journey unfolded with her graduation from Orange High School in 1967, a stepping stone to a career as a skilled beautician. She even owned her own salon in Orange, New Jersey, during a remarkable chapter of her life.
Survived by her sons, Rick Shearstone and John Shearstone, and granddaughters Casandra Shearstone, Tiffany Arias, Alondra Arias, and Taylor Shearstone, Michele's legacy lives on through her great-grandson, Sincere Jefferson. She is also survived by her sisters Patricia Matullo and Mildred Osta.
Michele possessed an innate ability to uplift the spirits of those around her. Her sense of humor became a beacon of light, casting infectious laughter and warmth in every room she entered.
A meaningful companionship flourished between Michele and her daughter-in-law, Angelica Shearstone, and sister-in-law, Patty Matullo, and their children. This bond added depth and richness to her life, reflecting the love and warmth she extended to her family.
Michele found joy in simple pleasures, from her love for penguins and clowns to her appreciation for disco music and Elvis. Her special affection for children showcased her unique way of connecting with the world.
Her vivacious laughter, quick wit, and genuine kindness etched an indelible mark on the hearts of all who were fortunate to know her. Michele's memory will serve as a timeless source of comfort, bringing smiles to the faces of those who recall the joy she brought into their lives.
She will live on in our hearts, for love knows no dimension of time.
May she now rejoice with her parents and brothers Frank, Patrick, and Michael.
May Michele rest in eternal peace, her laughter echoing in the heavens as a beautiful reminder to us all of the wonderful soul she was.
