Michele O'Connor Obituary

Our beloved Michele Lynn O'Connor passed away October 1st. at the age of 60 from a very long courageous battle with breast cancer. Born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to Kathleen O'Connor(deceased) and Richard O'Connor. Michele was a true light in all our lives! She found joy and humor in so many things and kept us laughing. She even made grocery shopping fun! Michele loved cooking and baking so much, it inspired her niece to attend culinary school. Michele was an outstanding real estate agent and won the top agent award in Indiana. Her greatest gift and legacy for many years was fostering severely abused and abandoned animals and showing them what true unconditional love is. She is survived by her father Richard O'Connor, Step Mom Penny Gerds, sibling Marilyn Fields, brother in law Charles Fields, niece Faith, Nephew Patrick, her loving dog Charleston, Uncle Craig, Aunt Marilyn, cousin's Kathy, Michael and Scotty and many dear, dear friends. She was a beautiful soul and will be missed more than words can ever express. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation at bcrf.org, Casting for Recovery.org or Loudoun County Animal Shelter. Michele Lynn O'Connor

I worked at Remax with Michelle. She was so knowledgeable with real estate. More importantly, she was always kind, and certainly loved her animals. My deepest condolences to her family and close friends. She was a really good person.
