Obituary
Guest Book
With deep sadness and shock, we share the sudden and unexpected loss of a loving wife and devoted mom, loving daughter, and friend, Michelle Holladay. She touched everyone she met with her kindness and was a source of laughter, encouragement, and comfort.
She leaves behind her husband, Kevin, and their son, Cody, the center of her world. She adored her family more than anything, always finding ways to make them happy and provide support whether it was leaving notes of encouragement and love or being there to listen.
She loved her pups who are missing her cuddles on the sofa and all things sourdough and caring for her starter, known as Meredith. She loved nothing more than sharing her sourdough creations with all of us and which provided a little bit of happiness in every slice.
She also loved spending time outdoors-time on the beach, scalloping with her family on Cape San Blas and enjoying family vacations, especially Costa Rica. Her spirit was the heart of their home, and her absence leaves a space that can never be filled. Those who knew her will remember her generous heart and love of helping others.
The family will hold a celebration of Michelle’s life on Saturday, September 20th from 1pm-4pm at the family home located at 3207 Cornell Drive, Gulf Breeze, Florida. In keeping with Michelle’s warm and welcoming spirit, we invite you to dress casually as we gather to celebrate her life. In lieu of flowers or gifts, the family kindly requests that memorial contributions be made in honor of Michelle Holladay to either the Pensacola Humane Society (https://pensacolahumane.org/donate/) or the Sloth Institute in Costa Rica https://www.theslothinstitute.org/about-us/).
