This is a tribute to our Mother, Sister, Friend, and Grandma, Michelle Lynn Nicholson.
Where do I begin? First of all, she was the best mom that any of us could've asked for. She was so loving and caring. She didn't have much, but whatever she had, she would've shared it with you without you even having to ask. Her ability to find humor in any situation is unmatched. Her laugh was infectious in the best way possible, and anyone who's ever heard it, would agree. Don't even get me started on those Christmas cookies of hers either. Her snowball and oatmeal lace cookies were the taste of the holidays. That's not to say her chocolate chip cookies weren't the best either for years I thought there was a secret recipe, until one day we asked for the recipe and she told us "just follow the recipe on the back of the nestle toll house chocolate chips bag".
If you asked her what her favorite thing in the world was, I think she would say it was being Ta'Riyah, Niles, and Teyanna's grandmother. Her face just lit up every time she saw them, and they could barely contain their excitement anytime she walked in the room.
I honestly don't think there's a single tv show or movie that she hasn't seen. She was an enthusiast when it came to bad horror movies and I know she was able to make life long friendships bonding over those.
She touched the lives of so many people and I know we're all going to miss her until we finally get to meet her again.
For now it's goodbye, but it's also see you later. Please continue to watch over all the people that loved you so much, and feel free to visit us in our dreams as many times as you want.
We all love and miss you so much already.
