A realist and idealist rolled into one, Midge played an indispensable role in launching the National Association of Scholars, one of her many quiet good works to add to all the public ones. My first meeting with her in 1982 changed the course of my life. Farewell to a great soul.

So sorry to the family of Midge. I known your hearts are deeply saddened over your loss. May you continue to be comforted by the Great Comforter. I
