Mike Barrett Obituary

Published by Legacy on Sep. 9, 2025.
Mike N. Barrett beloved husband, father, brother, and friend has passed away peacefully on September 7, 2025. He now resides in heaven along with his mother, father, and his beloved Stepson, Michael.

Mike was a U.S. Army Veteran who is survived by his wife, Connie, his daughters Brandi and Amber Moran (Chris), Connie's children, Nina, and Mitchell, his beloved grandchildren, Dylan, Avry, Emilie, Trevor, Alexia, Kristen, Colynn, and Madeline. He is also survived by his brothers, Tommy and Pat, his sister, Colleen, and their children.

Mike built and led a successful consulting firm until his retirement, known for his integrity and diligence.

He enjoyed spending time with his family outdoors and occasionally took trips to the casino with Connie and friends. He coached baseball, soccer, and softball. He loved camping, fishing and hunting.

Mike was and will always be what brought us all together. He always wanted to make sure we were all having a good time. He was the life of everyone's party. His family was his proudest gift. We are grateful for the life he devoted to his family and friends.

Mike once said:

"I really enjoyed every minute of my time in the U. S. Army and if I ever had to do it again, I would do it in a heartbeat. You really meet a lot of good people in the service and make a lot of good friends. I cannot say that there was any one soldier that I would have not gone to war with and trusted them completely. This was one of the best things I ever did in my life besides meeting my wife."

From his daughters, thank you for all you were to us. You were the brightest parts of our lives growing up and nothing could ever compare to the love we have for you. We are both so proud to be your daughters. Your laugh, love, and reassurance will live in our hearts forever, thank you for the life you gave and shared with us. We love you, Daddy.
