Micheal "Mike" Mullins, was born May 30, 1982 in Geneva, Ohio. He passed away Saturday, September 27, 2025 doing what he loved.

He is survived by his life partner, Jess Ruff; his son, Landyn Mullins; his mother, Valerie Mullins; and his father, Scott Mullins (Darlene). He is also survived by his brother, Josh Mullins (Lauren) and their children; paternal grandmother, Lillian Mullins; and maternal grandmother, Millie Congrove, uncle, Rodney Congrove (Beth) and children; uncle, Joe Congrove (Eric Keens); aunt, Kristie Sprague (David) and children; cousin, Mollie Murphy (George) and children and cousin, Travis Sprague (Allison) and children.

Other surviving family include his cousin, Amanda Taber and her children; aunt, Kathleen Mullins; cousin, Jason Mullins (Jessica) and their children; cousin, Brian Mullins (Katie) and their children; and cousin, Tabitha Kerr (Alex) and their children.

On his partner's side, he is survived by his mother- and father-in-law, Tom and Kelli Ruff; brother-in-law, Thomas Ruff (Leanna) and their children; sister-in-law Kate Ruff (Eric Byram) and their children; and brother-in-law Jack Ruff (Alexis) and their children.

Mike had a passion to help people-if something was broken, he was the first to run toward it, eager to fix it in any way he could, always there when most would walk away. His hard work was a source of pride, and he gave his all in everything he did.

The track was his "happy place". He spoke of it often, and nothing brought him more joy than racing with family. It was what he wanted to do 24/7. He dreamed of Lando joining him one day and even hoped to build something for him in the future-always with that familiar laugh and grin.

He loved you, Lando, and wanted nothing more than to see you succeed in whatever passion you chose. His pride in hard work carried through to how he lived, and he often spoke about the satisfaction he found in a good day's labor, whether it was at the track or digging holes on the job.

He had a special love for all his nieces and nephews. He was always playing, joking, and teasing them, and he never missed a chance to cheer them on in whatever they were doing. His support for them-and for all kids-was unwavering, and his playful spirit made him a favorite among them. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
