What a loss to the many medical communities, friends, and most of all to Mike's family. I remember the many years of Saturday morning golf at Springbrook in Naperville with Mike as a partner or opponent who always helped to make the game fun whether he shot 80 or 100. His laughter and booming voice made you smile and made you want to be part of his group. This is a man that will be sorely missed but I'm sure wherever he goes the hunting, cooking, and bourbon will carry on. RIP Mike.
