To the family of Millie I am sorry for your loss. My mom knew and considered Millie a dear friend. Her name was Palma Buzzeo Smeriglio. I had the pleasure of meeting Millie last year at Hill House. What a beautiful woman. I was visiting a relative and saw the write up of her 100th birthday in the elevator and decided to visit her for a few minutes. It was my honor to have met my mom´s dear friend. Regards, Sara Smeriglio Conte.

All I can say is how much I'll miss her -- I'll miss talking to her, as we were very close friends. We spoke 2 days before she left us, talking about getting together and having lunch.
