Mildred L. Grabosch, 98, of Rock Island, passed away Saturday, December 10, 2022 at River Crossing of Moline.
Funeral services will be 11:30 am, Wednesday, December 14, 2022 at Rafferty Funeral Home, 2111 – 1st Street A, Moline. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Burial will be at Rock Island Memorial Park Cemetery. Memorials can be made to Edgewood Baptist Church.
Mildred was born December 4, 1924 in Greencastle, MO, the daughter of Millard and Goldie (Daniels) Williams. She married Jerol "Jerry" Grabosch on July 7, 1947 in Unionville, MO. He preceded her in death on July 30, 2022.
Mildred worked at the former Thriftown Moline for 6 years and the former Lutheran Hospital, Moline for 13 years, retiring in 1985. She was a member of Edgewood Baptist Church, Rock Island. She enjoyed fishing, dancing, playing cards, cooking and she enjoyed time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Survivors include her sons, John (Theresa) Grabosch, Blue Grass, IA, Jerry (Janet) Grabosch, York, PA and Jim (Becky) Grabosch, Rock Island; granddaughter, Shylee; grandsons, Paul, Sean, Michael, Shane, Jermaire, Trae and Corey; great grandchildren, Marissa, Jace, Bradon, Connor, Silas, Lucas and a brother, Delbert (Beverly) Williams, Augusta, KS. She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother, and husband Jerol.
