Mildred Neff Obituary
Publish in a newspaper
Her family was the center of her universe. She radiated happiness, kindness, and compassion, touching the lives of everyone around her. She found joy in sewing, cooking, and watching basketball. She brought light, laughter, and warmth to every moment. Her memory will be cherished by all who knew and loved her.
Mildred was preceded in death by her husband Donald Wayne Neff; her son Donald W. Neff Jr.; her father William Doan and her mother Julia Cottongim Doan; her sister Dorothy Martin.
Mildred is survived by her daughter Lisa Drechsel (Richard); her granddaughter Danielle Abell (Andrew), her grandson Jordan Dearmond, her grandson Joseph Drechsel (Jacquline), her grandson Joshua Drechsel, her great-granddaughter Autumn, her great-granddaughter Emma and her great-grandson Alder.
A visitation for Mildred will be held Sunday, November 16, 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Schoppenhorst Underwood and Brooks, 4895 N. Preston Hwy, Shepherdsville, KY 40165. Following the visitation will be a funeral service at 2:00 PM at Schoppenhorst Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home, 4895 N. Preston Hwy, Shepherdsville, KY 40165.
Mildred will be laid to rest in Resthaven Cemetery, 3000 State Hwy 840, Keith, KY 40806.
