Mildred Perkins Obituary
Mildred was preceded in death by her husband, Dean F. Perkins Sr., daughter, Linda Edwards, and grandson Daniel Perkins, stepchildren, Richard and David Perkins. She is survived by children, Ray (Kim) Perkins, Roger (Laura) Perkins, Dean (Cindy) Perkins Jr., James (Christine) Perkins, Nancy Blankenship, Larry (Lauri) Perkins, and Ken (Lisa) Perkins, twenty three grandchildren, twenty four great-grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren, sister Carrie Mitchell, stepchildren Betty (Larry) Walker, Mary (Carlos) Casto, and Edward (Patsy) Perkins.
Friends will be received in the Witzler-Shank-Walker Funeral Home 701 N. Main St. Walbridge, Ohio 43465 (419-666-3121) from 2-8 Monday where funeral services will be held at 10 AM on Tuesday July 12, 2022. Burial will follow in Lake Twp. Cemetery. Those planning an expression of sympathy are asked to consider Hospice of Northwest Ohio. A special thank you to her caregivers, Connie, Dominique, and Theda.
